|20-25 cm Ø|Importet plants; Was named by Bunzô Hayata in 1913. It is found in the mountainous regions of southwest China and Taiwan. The flowers are inconspicuous and green. The caudex can reach more than 20 centimeters in diameter, and the tendrils can reach more than two meters.The genus was named after Stephan Ladislaus Endlicher (1804-1849), an Austrian botanist who formulated a major system for classifying plants. The species name means flowering head.
